GARY WALSH, 60, of Phillimore Road, Southampton admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on Above Bar Street. He also pleaded guilty to failing to give a name and address to a police officer. He was fined £40 and must pay £85 court costs plus a £16 surcharge.
JAMES PATTEMORE, 42, of Vagg Hill, Yeovil pleaded guilty to drink driving on the M27 near Southampton. He was caught with 83 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Pattemore was disqualified for 22 months and fined £120. He must pay £85 court costs and a £48 surcharge.
JACK TOWNSEND, 27, of Selwyn Gardens, Eastleigh admitted drink driving on the M27 at Southampton in an Audi. He was caught with 45 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Townsend was banned for 12 months and fined £650. He must pay £85 court costs and a £260 surcharge.

MATTHEW BEDWELL, 31, of Mullen Close, Southampton pleaded guilty to theft from a shop after three bottles of Echo Falls wine worth £13.75 was stolen from Co-Op in Southampton. He must pay £13.75 compensation and a £60 fine.
DANIEL BARNES, 34, of HMP Winchester admitted two counts of theft from a shop at Co-Op stores in Southampton and Netley Abbey. He stole alcohol and meat worth £54.20 and £46.20 of meat and cheese. Barnes must pay £100.40 compensation.
LEAH BOSWORTH, 20, of The Grange, Lymington pleaded guilty to drink driving a Citroen C1 on Southampton Road, Lymington. She was caught with 54 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Bodsworth was banned for 14 months and fined £120. She must pay £85 court costs plus a £48 surcharge.
MOHAMED BENAUDA, 32, of Avenue Road, Southampton admitted driving without a licence in a Toyota Yaris on Peterborough Road, Southampton. He was fined £40 and received three points. Benauda must pay £30 court costs and a £16 surcharge.
