The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
DAMIAN ADAMIEC, 36, of Warburton Road, Southampton admitted drink driving an Audi A3 Sport on Bitterne Road West. He was caught with 43 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Adamiec was banned for 14 months and fined £120. He must also pay £85 court costs plus a £48 surcharge.
ASHLEY BOYLE, 40, of Milford Road, Portsmouth pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and driving while disqualified on the westbound M27 at Eastleigh. Boyle was driving a Mercedes towards Wide Lane at the time. The 40-year-old received a one-year community order with 100 hours of unpaid work, six points and a £120 fine. Boyle must also pay a £114 surcharge.
SYED RAHMAN, 46, of Freegrounds Avenue, Hedge End was found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes. He was disqualified for 12 months and received six points plus a £660 fine. Rahman must also pay £110 court costs.

KINI HAILSTONE, 30, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton was convicted of eight counts of theft from a shop after he stole £197.90 worth of items from Co-Op, Spar, Asda, Iceland and One Stop. The stolen items included meat, coffee, chocolate, energy drinks and Nutella. These took place in Southampton and Portsmouth. He also admitted theft from a motor vehicle after he stole a bank card on Wolseley Road, Southampton. Hailstone received a one-year community order with a six-month drug rehabilitation requirement and five rehabilitation days.
GREGORY HILLARD, 43, of Barrs Avenue, New Milton admitted wounding or inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent at Parkside Walk, New Milton. He received a two-year community order with 20 rehabilitation days. He must pay £800 compensation, a £200 fine, £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge.
