A real estate firm has appointed a new head of its Southampton office.
CBRE announced that Tej Singh will take over from October 1. Mr Singh joined the firm in 2014 and was promoted to director in 2019.
He has worked with various clients across the UK, including investors, developers, lenders, and local authorities. Mr Singh replaces James Brounger, who led the Southampton office for 14 years.
Mr Brounger will now focus on client management and major pursuits across the south coast, while also supporting the growth of the Midlands and South business.
He will remain based in Southampton and continue working with clients.
Mr Singh said: "I am honoured to take on the role of Head of the Southampton office. The real estate market on the south coast has fantastic potential and I look forward to continuing to work with our talented colleagues across all services to deliver exceptional client outcomes."
