An inquest has opened into the death of a Southampton man who was discovered dead in his flat.
Stewart Cornford, 45, of Malmesbury Road, was found dead at the address he shared with others on on May 10, 2024.
The inquest was opened at Winchester Coroners' Court on Monday, September 30 by assistant coroner Sally Olsen.

Ms Olsen said that Mr Cornford was discovered between the hallway and kitchen of his address.
The preliminary cause of death has been given as toxicity from a prescribed medicine.
A full inquest will be held at Winchester Coroners' Court on August 4 next year.
