Two pensioners have been seriously injured after a car and a van crashed on the M27.
The man and woman, in their 80s, were involved in the crash on the eastbound side of the motorway on Wednesday.
Emergency services were called to the scene shortly before 5pm.
Both the man and woman had serious, but non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment.

A spokesperson from Hampshire Constabulary said: “If anyone witnessed the collision or has any information or dash cam footage, please contact us.

The M27 eastbound at junction five was closed while police dealt with the incident.
Motorists faced delays of around 20 minutes. The crash was cleared after 8pm.
