A popular hair salon has been sold five months after it closed its doors for good.
Staff at Haringtons Southampton put their scissors down for the last time in the spring.
Now, the period-listed building in Bedford Place has been sold by Goadsby.
Described as having an “architecturally pleasing appearance”, the building has a “stand-out presence on the street”and boasts three floors of commercial space.
The new owners have already moved in, according to the estate agents.
Amy Street from Goadsby said: “It was a pleasure to market this attractive period building and we experienced good levels of interest from the outset, with many local people commenting on how much they have always admired the property.
“The new owners are already undertaking works to renovate and fit out the premises ready to open in the coming months and we look forward to seeing the end results”
