The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

STEPHEN FIELDING, 27, of Lancaster Road, Southampton admitted causing criminal damage to a door. He also pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker in Southampton and racially or religiously aggravated fear or provocation of violence by words or writing. He was jailed for 15 weeks and must pay £50 compensation. Fielding was also given a restraining order banning him from going to Oakley Road until April 4, 2025. 

ANDREW BOTTING, 46, of Nelson Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to three counts of theft from a shop after £18 worth of goods were stolen from Peacocks in Southampton and a box containing YO-GI-OH cards worth £2,000 were stolen from Wrighty's Retro. He also stole £447.69 worth of meat and coffee from One Stop. He was jailed for four weeks and must pay £200 compensation.

CARL FOWLER, 38, of Radcliffe Road, Southampton admitted theft from a shop after he stole £46.50 worth of Cadbury chocolate from Co-Op Food in Southampton. He received a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £46.50 compensation. 

ETHAN MASSINGHAM, 18, of Baddesley Close, North Baddesley pleaded guilty to drink driving a Nissan on Rownhams Lane, Southampton. He was caught with 52 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Massingham was banned for 14 months and fined £200. He must pay £85 court costs plus an £80 surcharge. 

ROBERT DAY, 46, of Lodge Road, Southampton admitted harassment without violence after he attended his victims address on more than three occasions and put a note through her door. He also pleaded guilty to assault by beating and common assault in Eastleigh. He received an 18-week sentence suspended for 18 months with a drug rehabilitation requirement and 30 rehabilitation days. He was given an 18-month restraining order banning him from Twyford Road, Eastleigh. Day must pay £85 court costs.
