UPDATE: Lisa has since been found by police.
An urgent search has been launched to find a missing woman.
Lisa McKeller from Hedge End was last seen just after 3pm this afternoon, but has since left her home and not been seen.
The 27-year-old has no phone with her and no way of contacting her family.
Her family are extremely concerned for her welfare, and she may be very anxious and she is partially sighted.

She is around 5ft 9ins tall, she has brown/blonde shoulder length hair, and was wearing a black coat, black trousers, and black trainers.
A spokesperson from Hampshire Constabulary said: “Officers are making enquiries to try and locate her, and we would like to ask you to keep an eye out for Lisa this evening.
“If you see her, then please immediately call 999, quoting the reference 44240441111.”
