The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

JOE LAMBERT, 35, of John Road, Great Yarmouth admitted driving without insurance and drug driving on Western Esplanade in Southampton. He was caught driving a Ford Mondeo with Benzoylecgonine in his blood - a breakdown product of cocaine. Lambert was banned for 36 months and received an £800 fine. He must pay £85 court costs and a £320 surcharge. 

ETHAN SAUPE, 23, of Clover Way, Bishops Waltham pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis in Southampton. He was fined £80 and must pay £85 court costs plus a £48 surcharge. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs. 

AARON CROW, 29, of Green Lane, Southampton admitted harassment in breach of a restraining order after he gained entry to his victim's property and shouted through the letterbox. He was jailed for 30 weeks.

IAN BERRY, 48, of Pickett Twenty Way, Andover pleaded guilty to drink driving on Third Avenue, Southampton. He was caught with 71 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Berry was banned for 17 months and fined £120. He must pay £85 court costs and a £48 surcharge. 

BRANDON MCCARTHY, 26, of Kerley Road, Bournemouth admitted possessing a controlled drug of Class A, namely cocaine in Southampton. He was fined £120 and an order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs. 

DAVID HOLMES, 43, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Southampton. He also admitted failing to surrender to bail at Southampton Magistrates' Court and being drunk and disorderly in a public place on London Road, Southampton. He was fined £80 for each offence and must pay a £64 surcharge.
