All rail lines via Chandler's Ford are blocked following a signalling problem between Eastleigh and Romsey, South Western Railway (SWR) has confirmed.
The train operator has stated that services running through Eastleigh and Romsey on Tuesday morning – October 15 – have been revised, with disruption expected until 12pm.
A spokesperson for SWR said: “We have been informed of a signalling problem between Eastleigh and Romsey. This means that the line to and from Chandler's Ford is blocked.
“For further information or onward travel advice please speak to a member of staff or use a station help point.

“We are very sorry for any delay that this may cause to your journey.”
SWR has confirmed that passengers with tickets for the affected services will be accepted on several bus routes at no extra cost.
A full list can be found on the SWR website but Bluestar, Salisbury Reds, and Stagecoach South services are all accepting tickets for affected train passengers.
