The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
LEE BRINK, 42, of Leander Close, Eastleigh, pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance at Leander Close on October 5 2023. Fined £800 with £110 costs and £320 victim services surcharge. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points.
ROSS TAYLOR, 28, of Bedford Place, Southampton, pleaded guilty to drug driving at The Avenue, Andover, on March 31 2024. Remanded on unconditional bail until June 4 2025.
DARRIN MELLOR, 56, of Highlands Road, Fareham, pleaded guilty to exceeding temporary speed limit on M27 at West End on September 5 2023. Fined £307 with £110 costs and £123 victim services surcharge. Driving record endorsed with three penalty points.
JAMIE REYNOLDS, 22, of Forton Road, Gosport, pleaded guilty to speeding at Western Way, Fareham, on January 18 2024. Case adjourned until April 28 2025.
MATTHEW GALPIN, 25, of Lee Ground, Titchfield, pleaded guilty to speeding at Marine Parade East, Lee-on-Solent on September 2 2023. Banned from driving for one month, fined £83 with £110 costs and £33 victim services surcharge.
NOMORE CHIRAU, 59, of Botley Road, West End, pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance on M27 at Southampton on August 1 2023. Case adjourned until March 26 2025.
CEZAR BALAU, 47, of Oliver Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance at Laburnum Road, Southampton, on September 26 2023. Case adjourned until January 6 2025.
STEVEN LOADER, 49, of Wavell Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to assault, breaching bail conditions, and stealing £235 of alcohol from Asda in Bournemouth Road, Chandler's Ford. Remanded on conditional bail until January 9 2025.
KURT NORGATE, 42, of Summerlands Road, Fair Oak, pleaded guilty to possessing a knife in a public place at Knowle Road, Fair Oak, on July 31 2024. Remanded on unconditional bail until December 19 2024.
