Two men are being sought by police after outerwear worth £800 were stolen.

Officers are investigating after Berghaus and Rab jackets were stolen from Go Outdoors in Third Avenue on September 8.

Following the incident, which occurred between 1.45pm and 1.50pm, officers would like to speak with two men.

He is described as white, approximately 6ft 1ins tall, aged between 30 and 40 years, of muscular build and wearing grey shorts and carrying a brown rucksack.

The man in the image, as seen above, was also in the company of another man.

He is described as: white, approximately 5ft 10ins tall, aged between 30 and 40 years, of medium build, with a brown beard, and wearing grey jogging bottoms, black hooded top and a light grey cap.

A spokesperson from Hampshire Constabulary said: “We believe the man in this image can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us.

“Also, if you witnessed the incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.
