The following cases were heard at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court:
JONATHAN NASH, 36, of Mantle Close, Gosport, pleaded guilty to drug driving at Blackpool on April 10 2024. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £120 and told to pay £48 victim services surcharge.
ASHLEY GILBERT, 28, of Williams Close, Gosport, pleaded guilty to breaching restraining order. Community order, £305 costs.
MARTIN YOUNG, 31, of Wilmott Close, Gosport, pleaded guilty to drug driving. Banned from driving for 18 months, £85 costs and £140 victim services. Also pleaded guilty t driving without insurance. Driving record endorsed.
PAUL BOX, of 43, Gosport Road, Fareham, pleaded guilty to stealing coffee from B&M in Fareham. Handed 18-month conditional discharge. Also pleaded guilty to stealing DIY items from B&M. Handed 18-month conditional discharge. Also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to bail. No separate penalty.
ASHLEY WILSON, 38, of Shalbourne Road, Gosport, pleaded guilty to attempting to steal cleaning products valued at £135.88 from The Range in Portsmouth. Handed 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs.
KERRYN AUSTIN, 45, of Rowner Close, Gosport, pleaded guilty to stealing property valued at £82 from Marks & Spencer. Also pleaded guilty to stealing chocolate valued at £40 from Southern Co-op. Also pleaded guilty to stealing property valued at £53 from Morrisons Daily. Handed 12-month conditional discharge for each offence.
The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
LOUISE MILLER, 42, of Knightstone Grange, Hythe, was found guilty of driving without insurance at Dukes Road in Southampton on July 14 2023. Banned from driving for six months, fined £660 fine with £110 costs and £264 victim services surcharge.
SHAMAN NGUYEN, 27, of Drayton Close, Southampton, pleaded guilty to entering Co-op in Tickleford Drive, Southampton, as a trespasser with intent to steal on December 17 2023. Remanded on conditional bail until December 18 2024.
