The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

JADE ALLEN, 31, of Alpine Close, Calmore, pleaded guilty to driving an Audi A3 over the legal alcohol limit in Cadnam on August 11. She was fined £115, with £85 costs and £46 surcharge, and was banned from driving for a year. Allen can reduce her disqualification by three months by completing a driving course.

AMIR AHMED, 24, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without third party insurance on Coxford Road on September 10. He also pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle without a licence and possession of cannabis. His driving record was endorsed with eight penalty points. He received six penalty points at Reading Magistrates Court earlier this year and therefore is subject to disqualification under the accumulation of points, court records show. He was fined £120, and the cannabis will be forfeited and destroyed.

ABIGAIL HOARE, 37, of Wharncliffe Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing £461 of models from Wicor Models Shop in Portsmouth. Hoare was given a 12-month conditional discharge, and ordered to pay £461 in compensation.
