These are the latest cases heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

CARL WINDEBANK, 24, of Laura Close, Compton, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man in Eastleigh in January. He was fined £1,173, and ordered to pay costs of £85 as well as a £469 victim surcharge.

DOMINIC GRIFFIN, 46, of Southampton Street, Southampton, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman in Southampton in April. He was given a one-year community order, which will see him participating in 15 rehabilitation activity days. Griffin was also fined £50.

LEANDA BEEBY, 42, of Windmill Grove, Wellingborough, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man in Southampton in April. She was given a 12-month conditional discharge. Beeby must pay a £26 victim surcharge.

BEN WILLIAMS, 45, whose address was given on court documents as the office of his solicitor in Romsey, pleaded guilty to drink driving. He drove a vehicle on The Copse in Romsey on July 6 when he had 115 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, above the legal limit of 35. He was given a one-year community order, and must take part in eight rehabilitation activity days, as well as 60 hours of unpaid work. Williams was banned from driving for 26 months, which can be reduced by 26 weeks if a course is completed by February 13, 2026. He must also pay £85 in court costs.

CRAIG HOLMAN, 39, of Winchester Road, Andover, pleaded guilty to drug driving and driving without insurance. It relates to an incident on the A3090 in Romsey on January 22, where Holman drove a Ford Transit with 102 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, a breakdown product of cocaine in his blood, without insurance. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £450, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £180.
