Cancer support charity Ovacome is providing a health and wellbeing day in Southampton.
The event, on October 26, invites anyone affected by ovarian cancer to attend at Maggie’s Cancer Support Centre.
Attendees will learn about maintaining wellness post-diagnosis and meet others with the disease.
Ovacome CEO Victoria Clare said: "Ovacome is a membership organisation, which means we exist to serve the needs of the ovarian cancer community.
"We were asked by people in and around Southampton to provide them with an event where they can meet others diagnosed and we’re delighted to be coming to the South Coast thanks to a partnership with Maggie’s Southampton."
Diane from Hyde, founder of the Southampton Ovarian Cancer Group, said: "The Ovacome health and wellbeing days are not only informative but great fun as we join together as a community."
