The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.

LEON BUTT, 27, of no fixed address pleaded guilty to violent behaviour at Southampton Central Police Station after he threw a glass bottle at the front office wall and set off the fire alarm. He was jailed for 11 weeks for the first offence and must pay a £26 surcharge. 

CIPRIAN TRUSCA, 26, of Lodge Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified and speeding on the M3 at Winchester. Trusca was disqualified for 18 months and received a £1,000 fine. He must also pay £85 court costs plus a £400 surcharge. 

KELLY SMITH, 43, of Denmead Road, Southampton admitted theft from a shop after items worth £377.83 were stolen from Sainsbury's in Southampton. She received an 18-month conditional discharge and must pay £377.83 compensation. Smith must also pay £85 court costs.

ALFIE CROOK-JOHNSON, 19, of  Tunstall Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis, in Southampton. He was fined £250 and must pay £85 court costs plus a £100 surcharge. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.

KIRK PAYNE, 40, of Wittering Road, Southampton admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Southampton Central Police Station. He received a one-year community order with 125 hours of unpaid work and an 18-month driving ban. Payne must pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge. 

MIA DEAKIN, 20, of Seacombe Green, Southampton pleaded guilty to three counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker, assault by beating, possessing a controlled drug of Class B (cannabis) and two counts of criminal damage to a t-shirt and a phone. Deakin received a three-month sentence suspended for 18 months with an alcohol treatment requirement, 10 rehabilitation days and 150 hours of unpaid work. She must pay £200 compensation. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.
