CCTV footage has been released after paint was stolen from a decorating centre in the New Forest. 

Police want to speak to a man spotted nearby after paint was stolen from Brewers Decorator Centres in Bentley Way, Lymington. 

The theft happened between 2.30pm and 3pm on Tuesday, September 3. 

Now Hampshire Constabulary thinks the man in the photograph could help with the investigation. 

A spokesperson said: "We believe the man in these images can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us.

"Also, if you witnessed the incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.
