A number of motorway closures may impact Southampton drivers this weekend according to National Highways.
These will be along the M3, M27 and M271 during the early hours of the morning.
If you're planning to travel along these roads from Southampton it would be best to take note of different diversions that may be in place.
Here are the closures along the M3, M27 and M271 that will be in place during the weekend of Friday, November 1 to Sunday, November 3.

M3
On the M3 southbound there will be a carriageway closure taking place between the entry and exit slip roads of Junction 9.
This will occur between 9pm on Friday and 6am on Saturday due to barrier work.
M27
