A man has been charged following the stabbing of man in his 40s in Southampton.
Andrew Jozef Wooff, 31, of no fixed address, was charged after the incident at around 9pm on Saturday in Victoria Road, Woolston.
The victim suffered serious injuries to his chest, police said. He was taken to hospital but has been discharged.

Wooff was due to appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court today.
He is charged with wounding with intent and threatening a person with an offensive weapon.
Several shops, including Superdrug, were cordoned off following the incident.
Forensics officers were seen taking photographs at the scene on Sunday.
