A four-bedroom home near Totton is being put on the market for just £100,000 - but the home is riddled with black mould and dirt.
The semi-detached home on By The Wood in Calmore is being put up for auction with a starting price of just £100,000, after previously selling for £135,000 in 2002.
Pictures have revealed the extent of the damaged inside, with a parts of the interior roof missing and black mould from top to bottom in the kitchen.

A spokesperson for estate agents, Fox & Sons, said: “The property can be found in the well-established residential area of Calmore, near Totton, which is well placed for access to travel networks and bus services.
“This extended end of terrace house requires complete renovation throughout.”
Southampton that was in a similarly run-down state after a fire recently sold at auction for £175,000.
