An elderly woman has died after crashing into a canal late last night.
The 91-year-old woman from Southampton was pronounced dead at the scene after her red Toyota crashed at around 9.40pm on Friday.
The crash happened in Chichester, where she crashed into a canal off South Bank.
Her next of kin have been informed.

Police are now launched an investigation into the incident, named Operation Wigston and have asked for witnesses to come forward.
A spokesperson for Sussex Police said: "Officers are investigating, and have appealed to anyone with relevant dashcam footage, CCTV, mobile phone or doorbell footage in the area to come forward.
"Information can be reported to Sussex Police online or by emailing: collision.appeal@sussex.police.uk and quote Operation Wigston."
