The newly refurbished 1500 Parkway office building on Whiteley's Solent Business Park has its first occupier.
Clients of sole agent Hellier Langston have secured the lease of the ground floor to iFast Diagnostics.
The company, which specialises in antimicrobial susceptibility testing, has taken the 3,900 sq ft ground floor on a five-year lease.
This is to allow them to expand their product development capabilities.
Jason Webb, a director at Hellier Langston, said: "This move represents a significant step in the evolution of iFast Diagnostics.
"Their commitment highlights the high specification of the space on offer and its solid ESG credentials."
1500 and the adjacent 1400 Parkway are recently refurbished 11,500 sq ft office buildings which provide high-quality Grade A space suitable for both office and life science occupiers with generous parking allocations.
Both buildings are three storeys and have excellent ‘green’ credentials with new air conditioning, motion-activated lighting, double glazing, and heat recovery ventilation.
