The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

CALLUM FISHER, 36, of The Quadrangle, Eastleigh, pleaded guilty to breaching Criminal Behaviour Order by making non-emergency 999 call at Eastleigh on August 15 2024. Sentence deferred until April 24 2025.

MAISELS MASEKO, 27, of Silverdale Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at Southampton Central Police Station on August 23 2024. Banned from driving for 18 months, fined £500 with £85 costs and £200 victim services surcharge.

KARIS MCGEORGE, 38, of HMP Bronzefield, Ashford, Surrey, pleaded guilty to stealing two lip products valued at £23.98 from Superdrug in Southampton on August 8 2024. Also pleaded guilty to breaching Criminal Behaviour Order by entering Superdrug. Also pleaded guilty to stealing ice cream valued at £5.50 from Co-op in Southampton on October 10 2024. Also pleaded guilty to breaching Criminal Behaviour Order by entering Co-op. Jailed for 28 days for each offence. Terms to run concurrently.

JONATHON SIMS, 35, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing three bags valued together at £139.99 from TK MAXX in Southampton on September 6 2024. Jailed for 16 weeks. Also pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour at TK MAXX. Told to pay £50 compensation to victim and jailed for two weeks. Terms to run concurrently.

SHANE MCARTHY, 29, of no fixed address, found guilty of sharing photograph of person in intimate state, intending to cause alarm, distress or humiliation. Remanded in custody until November 20 2024.

JOHN GOODGER, 39, of Winchester Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to drink driving at Salisbury Road, Totton, on August 30 2024. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £292 with £85 costs and £117 victim services surcharge.

RICHARD MARINER, 38, of Mansel Road East, Southampton, pleaded guilty to speeding at Winchester Road, Fair Oak, on September 15 2023. Case adjourned until May 8 2025.
