A building materials supplier has acquired a window manufacturer and installer.
Elliotts, based in Millbank Wharf in Northam, finalised the acquisition of Portsmouth's Futuremost Group Limited on October 30.
Futuremost, established in 1987, is known for crafting bespoke aluminium and PVCu window units.
This acquisition adds to Elliotts' portfolio, which already includes Elliotts Builder’s Merchants, Elliotts Living Spaces, and Elliotts Premier Roofing.
Tom Elliott, CEO of Elliotts, said: "Our goal is to become a complete one-stop shop for our customers, and the acquisition of Futuremost is a significant step towards that.
"Futuremost’s values and reputation for quality align perfectly with ours. With 37 years of industry expertise and a loyal customer base, they’re a great fit for Elliotts. I’m looking forward to working together to build a stronger business."
Elliotts, operating since 1842, was recently named Employer of the Year at the Solent 250 Awards.
Futuremost will continue to operate under its existing name, with all 32 of its employees remaining in their current roles.
