A popular chef who cooked for the late Queen will be at a big Christmas event in the New Forest.
Brockenhurst College is gearing up for its New Forest Eats 'n' Treats event on November 17, which will feature 73 stallholders selling food, drink, and arts and crafts.
The event, which runs from 11am to 4pm, is the biggest one yet and is open to everyone.
The college's fine dining restaurant kitchen will welcome chef Dylan James, who previously worked at The Goring Hotel in London and now heads the kitchen at Careys Manor Hotel in Brockenhurst.
He will be joined by Neal Jepson, head chef of New Park Manor, and sous chef Louis Haynes from Careys Manor for live cooking demonstrations.
The event will have stalls in the main hall and cafeteria, as well as food vendors on the staff lawn.
Visitors can enjoy a variety of hot foods, including options from a Mexican, Indian, and BBQ vendor, as well as a bar run by Pig Beer.
Live music will be performed by students, singer/songwriter Carley Varley, and New Forest Rock Choir.
Head of marketing and communications at Brockenhurst College, Rebekah Donawa, said: "Eats ‘n’ Treats is one of the biggest public events in the Brock calendar, and this year we have even more stallholders than ever before.
"Over the last six years, this festive community gathering has grown into an even more varied and enjoyable pre-Christmas family day out, with something for everyone."
For children, there will be a wishing tree, Christmas decoration-making, and writing-to-Santa activities.
A raffle with prizes from local businesses like Marwell Zoo and Paultons Park will also take place.
Entry is £2 for adults, while children under 16 can go free, and onsite parking is included.
No advance booking is necessary, and the event is smoke-free, vape-free, and dog-free.
