They are the hotly tipped Midlands guitar band with a huge Southampton gig this month.
Indie four-piece The Clause will play The Engine Rooms on November 21 and frontman Pearce Macca, guitarist Liam Deakin, bassist Jonny Fyffe and drummer Niall Fennel are already causing a stir before releasing an album.
Last month, the Birmingham band launched Weekend Millionaire, a five-track EP.

Pearce told us that their journey playing smaller venues, gaining fans through word of mouth, and having setbacks has given the band a vital resilience.
In Southampton, the band played to “32 people” at Heartbreakers in 2022, sold out The Joiners in 2023 and headlined to 400 at The Brook in January.
Now they are on their biggest set of dates so far.
