A MAJOR property conference is set to take place this week with “bold ideas” on the agenda.
The South Coast Property Show Conference will be held at St Mary’s Stadium on Thursday.
Among the organisations attending include representatives from Westquay owner Hammerson, Southampton Renaissance Board coordinator Prior + Partners, senior figures from Savills, and key figures from city and borough councils.
Topics include market updates, the housing crisis and solutions, legal and regulatory insights and much more.
Attendees will get a behind-the-scenes tour of the stadium, including access to the changing rooms, dugout, and interview areas.
Organiser Lucy Richmond said: “This year’s South Coast CPS Conference is set to be a pivotal event, bringing bold ideas and transformative initiatives to the forefront of property investment, development, and sustainability along the South Coast.
“Over the years, this conference has grown into a powerful platform for connecting people, places, and industries.
“Together, we are making remarkable strides toward shaping a sustainable and prosperous future for our region.”
She added: “Ticket sales are exceeding expectations and we do not want anyone who has not purchased a ticket to miss out.”

A conference statement added: “We have a unique opportunity to come together and showcase the remarkable development and investment opportunities our region has to offer.
“In the rapidly evolving landscape of technology and flexible working, we can and must elevate our presence on the national stage.
“For too long, we have heard about the successes of the northern powerhouses. It is time for us to present our own compelling narrative and highlight why our towns and cities are the prime locations for investors, developers, and occupiers.”
