Pupils at a Hampshire school celebrated a 'Language and Culture Day' with dance and workshops.
King Edward VI Preparatory School, in Romsey, hosted the biennial event on Thursday.
The day had workshops in Mandarin Chinese, Swedish and Ukrainian, and activities exploring classical languages and cultures, such as Greek.
To finish the day, pupils enjoyed a Latin American dance session, featuring performances of Samba, Tango and Paso Doble.
A spokesperson for the school said: "At KES Prep, the school is committed to exposing pupils to a variety of languages, believing that language learning fosters skills and confidence essential for becoming 'Global Citizens.'
"The school views multilingualism as an important part of personal development, opening new avenues for self-exploration and growth through immersion in foreign cultures."
The school has announced that its next Sixth Form Open Afternoon will take place on Thursday, December 5.
The next Preparatory School in Action Open Morning will take place on Friday, February 7, 2025.
