The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

DUNCAN NATT, 48, of Ganger Farm Way, Ampfield, pleaded guilty to drink driving in a Vauxhall Corsa on Stockbridge High Street on October 7 where he was found to have 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. This exceeded the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. He was banned from driving for 18 months and must pay a fine of £440, prosecution costs of £85 and a £176 surcharge.

ROSS DAVIES-HANSEN, 34, of The Crossways, Chandler’s Ford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for breath analysis at Southampton Central police station on May 4. He was handed a 12-month community order, during which time he must complete 15 rehabilitation activity days and 120 hours of unpaid work. He was given 10 points on his licence and must pay prosecution costs of £85.

ROBYN RAY, 50, of Shirley Road, Southampton, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour in The Scholars Arms, Southampton on May 16. She also admitted beating a PCSO in Above Bar Street on the same day. She was handed a 12-month community order, during which time she must complete 10 days of rehabilitation activities and undertake 80 hours of unpaid work. She must pay £50 compensation and has been banned from The Scholars Arms for a year. She must also pay prosecution costs of £85.

ANDREW GAUNTLETT, 40, of Sedgwick Road, Bishopstoke, pleaded guilty to sexual communication with a child between June 30, 2023, and August 13, 2023, where he said he would like to have sex with her, and sent a picture of his genitals. He must register with police until his next hearing on January 22, 2025.

ANDREI PETER, 30, of Harcourt Road, Southampton, admitted to driving without insurance and drink driving in Harcourt Road on July 28, where he was found to have 90 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. He was banned from driving for two years and one month and handed a £833 fine. He must also pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £333 surcharge.
