Acting Police Sergeant, Sam Chapman, of New Milton Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: "My team and I will not tolerate offending such as this in our town.
"We have worked extremely hard to identify those responsible for these offences and will continue to do so going forward.
"If you work in a shop and experience or witness any shoplifting, criminal damage, or any other criminal activity, please report this to us at the earliest opportunity.
"We can look to take action and deal with those causing harm in, and to our communities, but only if we are aware of what is happening."
Regarding the use of conditional cautions, A/PS Chapman, said: "These out-of-court disposals are aimed at providing young people with the opportunity to admit their offending and comply with certain conditions.
"The principle aim is to ultimately prevent offending by children and young people.
"As part of the conditions of their cautions, both boys must attend appointments as directed by the Youth Offending Team (YOT).
"They must also fully engage with YOT for a period of up to 20 weeks and complete a reparative activity of up to four hours, and as directed by YOT."
