Plans have been submitted for another traveller pitch off of Allington Lane in Fair Oak.
The application submitted to Eastleigh Borough Council refers to the plan as a ‘gypsy pitch and dayroom’.
This comes after 10 traveller pitches to house 10 mobile homes and 20 caravans, along with a dozen day rooms, were built on the site last summer, despite objections from neighbours.

The newest application would see a pitch built on a triangular plot of land, located north of the road.
As stated on the application, the site would include space for a touring caravan, and a dayroom as well as a bin store and parking facilities.
Surrounding buildings in the immediate area are categorised as being a mix of offices and residential properties.
