Police have charged a 55-year-old Southampton man in connection with Class A drugs supply in Southampton.
Police officers patrolling in Portswood on Friday spotted suspected drug-related activity on Lawn Road at around 7pm.
A man was detained and searched.
Police said that suspected Class A drugs were found and the man was arrested.

A subsequent search of a property linked to the man revealed a large quantity of Class A drugs and drug paraphernalia, which was seized by police.
Brian Hill, 55, of Lawn Road, has now been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply a Class A drug.
He has been remanded into custody to appear at Southampton Crown Court on Monday, December 16.
