Tacos and tequila could be hitting a popular city centre strip if plans to obtain a licence are successful.
Richard Antony Sargent has applied for grant of a premises license for Tulum Tacos and Tequila at 47 Oxford Street, as he looks to serve alcohol between 11am and 11pm seven days a week.
Mr Sargent, who is also a director for the company behind Rita's Cocktail Bar on the same road, has already had the storefront put together, which advertises the titular Mexican-inspired treats.
Three pieces of paper on the windows show that the restaurateur has applied for a licence for the building.
Rita's Cocktail Bar opens 11am to midnight daily and has won hearts with their hand crafted cocktails, unique alcoholic drink options and live music or DJs.
Oxford Street is full bars and restaurants which open late into the night, and Tulum will not look out of place on the classy strip serving premium food and drink.
A decision has yet to be made on the licence for Tulum.
