The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

STEVEN KINGSFORD, 43, of Green Park Road, Southampton, admitted breaching his sexual harm prevention order by deleting a WhatsApp conversation thread on May 15. A warrant for his arrest was issued and he will next appear before court on December 2.

LINDA JAMES, 35, of Coxford Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing food and other items worth £160.25 from Poundland on July 25. A warrant for her arrest without bail was issued.

GORDON WEBB, 56, of St Denys Road, Southampton, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within hearing distance of another person in Spring Road on August 31. He was slapped with an £80 fine and must pay prosecution costs of £85 and a surcharge of £32.

DARRELL CURTHOYS, 30, of Bentley Green, Southampton, pleaded guilty to driving a Jaguar on July 30 on Witts Hill without insurance. He also admitted to driving the car while disqualified. He was remanded on unconditional bail and will next appear in court on January 8, 2025.

DAVID LUSH, 35, of Bitterne Road East, admitted drink driving after he was caught on Maybray King Way on September 21 with 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was banned from driving for a year and must pay a £440 fine. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £176 surcharge.

KIERAN VAUGHAN, 34, of Stanley Way, Northampton, pleaded guilty to drink driving with 65 microgrammes of breath in 100 millilitres of breath, driving without a licence, and having no insurance in Whiteley Way, Curdbridge, on September 21. He was banned from driving for 20 months and slapped with a £1,000 fine. He must also pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £400 surcharge.

NICHOLAS FIELDER, 43, of Midlands Estate, West End, pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was caught driving a Ford S Max in Midlands Estate on September 21 with 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was banned from driving for 20 months and must pay a £120 fine. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £48 surcharge.
