The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
TINA JENKINS, 55, of Hollyoak Court, Southampton, pleaded guilty to trying to steal goods valued at £57.92 from The Range in Southampton on August 28 2024. Fined £40.
VICTOR CHUINDA, 51, of Gannet Close, Southampton, pleaded guilty to drink driving at Upper Northam Road in Hedge End on September 22 2024. Remanded on unconditional bail until January 28 2025.
ROBERT CIUNGU, 35, of Lingheath Road, Brandon, Suffolk, pleaded guilty to drink driving at Gainsford Road in Southampton on September 22 2024. Banned from driving for 20 months, fined £120 with £85 costs and £120 victim services surcharge.
JASON DONNELLY, 54, of Oxford Street, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing clothing valued at £34.99 from TK Maxx in Southampton on September 19 2024. Six-month conditional discharge, £85 costs.
SAMANTHA HANN, 47, of Southampton Street, Southampton, pleaded guilty to two counts of stealing laundry products from The Range in Southampton. Remanded on conditional bail until December 3 2024.
DAVID MICHAEL SYMONS, 43, of Unity Court in Southampton, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified at Stoneham Way in Southampton on August 10 2024. Fined £120 with £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points.
ALBERT PHILLIPS, 30, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing two Clinique gift sets together valued at £87 from Boots in Above Bar Street, Southampton, on November 6 2024. Also pleaded guilty to stealing confectionary valued at £60.50 from Sainsbury's in Bedford Place, Southampton, on November 17 2024. Also pleaded guilty to stealing two Soap and Glory gift sets together valued at £59.90 from Boots in Above Bar Street, Southampton, on November 18 2024. Remanded on conditional bail until January 17 2025.
SEAN DENTON, 44, of Medwall Green, Southampton, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirement following release from prison. Fined £80.
