A flood warning has been issued for Ashurst and Totton after heavy rain.
Downpours overnight courtesy of Storm Conall have led to levels in Bartley Water being very high, leading the Met Office to warn residents to protect their properties from flooding.
The worst affected areas are likely to be Ashurst Bridge and Woodlands Road from 10.30am.
The water levels will fall by 5pm today, the Met Office is predicting.

The statement from the Met Office said: "At Ashurst and Woodlands, the river is high and rising rapidly.
"Heavy and persistent rain has fallen over the last 12 hours with 30 mm recorded at Lyndhurst. This is a significant amount in a short period of time.
"From 10.30 this morning (27/11/2024), flooding is expected to impact Ashurst Bridge and property at Woodlands Road.
"Impacts are not expected in the lower Bartley Water at Eling, Totton and Rumbridge. Rain has now cleared the area.
"The river will fall by 5pm this afternoon (27/11/2024).
"Our operations staff will ensure the Bartley Water is kept free of reported blockages. We will continue to monitor the river.
"Please take appropriate action to protect your property."
