Flooding has submerged Southampton this morning - and this is how it unfolded in pictures.
Several roads are closed after being turned into lakes following heavy rainfall last night.

Severe ‘danger to life’ flood warning issued as travel chaos erupts
Thomas Lewis Way is one of the affected roads, and it remains closed between St Denys Road and Horseshoe Bridge due to severe flooding.
This is also affecting travel disruption from the neighbouring St Denys train station.
Totton and Ashurst have also been particularly affected.
