A Southampton man has been arrested on suspicion of exposure, assaulting an emergency worker, and being in the possession of a Class A drug.
At around 4pm on Wednesday, November 27, police received reports that a man pulled down his trousers – exposing himself to members of the public – near O’Neils on Winchester High Street.
When officers arrived at the scene a police community support officer was assaulted, and a quantity of suspected Class A drugs were located on his person.

In a statement, a spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: “A 38-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of exposure, assaulting an emergency worker, and possession of a Class A drug. He remains in custody at this time.
“Were you in the area at the time? Did you see this incident? Or perhaps you have CCTV or dash-cam footage that could assist our investigation?
“Anyone with information is asked to call 101 with reference 44240517314.”
