Traffic plagued part of the A326 this afternoon as emergency services attended a three car collision.
Hampshire police confirmed to the Echo that a collision on the A326 northbound carriageway was reported at 3.51pm.
This crash occurred between Junction 2 of the M27 and the A326 roundabout leading to Totton's Morrisons.
Three vehicles were involved and fire crews from Romsey, St Mary's and Redbridge attended, administering immediate emergency care to two people.
Fire services ensured the scene was safe before handing over to ambulance colleagues.
The roundabout is now open and traffic is flowing as normal.
