The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
KANE GINNIFER, 32, of Teme Crescent, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing three bottles of Prosecco valued at £25.50 from Co-op in Southampton on September 4 2024. Fined £120 with £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to stealing food and drink valued at £86 from Co-op. Told to pay £111.50 compensation. Also pleaded guilty to stealing power tools valued at £229 from B&Q in Southampton on May 8 2024. No separate penalty.
KARL MAY, 44, of Chapel Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to assault by beating at The Farmers Home, Durley, on July 6 2024. One-year community order, £85 costs.
ASHTON DAVIDSON, 40, of Lawn Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour in High Street, Winchester, on September 1 2024. Also pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour in Southampton on January 7 2024. Jailed for six months, suspended for 18 months.
KEVIN DAVIES, 67, of Bath Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stalking between January 1 2024 and January 7 2024. Remanded on conditional bail to appear at Southampton Crown Court on January 22 2025.
TIMOTHY TWIGG, 37, of Darlington Gardens, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stalking in Romsey between December 2 2023 and October 7 2024. One-year conditional discharge, including requirement to avoid alcohol for 90 days, £114 victim services surcharge.
SHANE MAHER, 37, of Evenlode Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stalking between July 13 2024 and July 19 2024. Remanded on conditional bail until January 29 2025.
ARJUN SINGH, 18, of Southampton Street, Southampton, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour in Southampton on March 1 2024. Also pleaded to two counts of assaulting an emergency worker. Community order.
HAYLEY SHOTTER, 41, of Dale Valley Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm and two counts of assault by beating. Community order, £85 costs and £114 victim services surcharge.
