The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
MITCHELL CORNFORTH, 35, of Wetherby Gardens, Totton, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving at Calmore Road, Totton, on March 31 2024. Banned from driving for three years, fined £1,000 with £85 costs and £400 victim services surcharge.
STEPHEN RAVENALL, 49, of Argyle Road, Southampton, admitted breaching Criminal Behaviour Order by making non-emergency 999 calls in Southampton between August 18 2023 and April 1 2024. Community order, £80 fine.
BRYAN HARFIELD, 27, of Kendal Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to disclosing sexual photograph with intent to cause distress in Southampton on May 18 2023. Also pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage. Remanded on unconditional bail until January 29 2025.
ASHLEY FORBES, 35, of Owen Road, Eastleigh, pleaded guilty to sending indecent/offensive message with the aim of causing distress/anxiety. Remanded on conditional bail until January 29 2025.
RYAN JOHNSTON, 37, of Harvey Street, Eastleigh, pleaded guilty to breaching restraining order in Southampton on June 30 2024. Remanded on conditional bail until January 29 2025.
KELVIN MUTTA, 28, of Vale Drive Southampton, pleaded guilty to being in charge of vehicle while over drink-drive limit at Empress Road, Southampton, on July 8 2024. Fined £400 with £85 costs and £160 victim services surcharge. Driving record endorsed with ten penalty points.
ELIZABETH MCALPINE, 50, of Firecracker Drive, Locks Heath, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified at The Avenue, Southampton, on May 23 2024. Banned from driving for six months, fined £200 with £85 costs and £80 victim services surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to speeding. No separate penalty. Also pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. Driving record endorsed. Also pleaded guilty to obstructing police. No separate penalty.
ANDREW COOKSON, 29, of West End Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to assault by beating in Southampton on July 21 2024. Remanded on conditional bail until January 30 2025.
