Firefighters from Eastleigh were called out to a fire at a Co-op store in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service received reports of a fire in Falkland Court, Eastleigh at approximately midnight on Tuesday, December 3.
A photo taken outside the Co-op store appeared to show smoke emanating from the customer entrance doors.

However, after attending the scene firefighters shortly left the area, saying the incident was a false alarm.
In a statement, a spokesperson for Hampshire Fire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service, said: “A fire crew from Eastleigh attended an alarm call in Falkand Court, Eastleigh at around midnight last night. This turned out to be a false alarm.”
