RAIDERS got away with thousands of pounds worth of cigarettes after smashing their way into a Co-op store in Romsey.
Police say the break-in happened at Co-op’s Dukes Mill branch off Broadwater Road during the early hours of yesterday.
The burglars smashed a panel in the front door of the premises to gain entry.
Details of the exact quantity of missing cigarettes are not known.
