IT was a sad tale but out of the Blue came the purr-fect ending.

A family from Wickham have been reunited with their Bengal cat - two years after he went missing.

Blue was just two years old when he vanished over Christmas 2006 leaving Lisa Ashley, 39, and her daughter Jessica, seven, heartbroken.

But to their disbelief the mischievous moggy is back at the family home in Dairymoor after a woman found him and took dropped him at Stubbington Ark where staff traced the family through Blue's microchip.

But not everyone was happy to welcome the long lost traveller, - Blue's brother Marble, who has got used to being top cat is finding it hard to share his home.
