CHILDREN at one of Hampshire’s smallest schools are celebrating the opening of a new library.
A classroom at Tiptoe Primary School, which has just 118 pupils, has been converted as part of a major improvement scheme costing more than £200,000.
The New Milton branch of Barclays Bank painted the new facility and also donated £1,500 towards the cost of books and soft furnishings.
