TWO people were taken to hospital today after a three-vehicle crash that closed a busy Hampshire road.
The A336 Cadnam to Netley Marsh road was shut after two lorries and a car were in collision near Cadnam Garden Centre just before 9am.
Firefighters from three stations - St Mary's, Romsey and Lyndhurst were sent to the scene.
A Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesman confirmed that one of the drivers had been cut free from the wreckage of their vehicle.
South Central Ambulance Service sent two ambulances and a rapid response vehicle to the crash.
A spokesman said two people were taken to Southampton General Hospital, one of whom was suffering from suspected abdominal injuries.
