A BUSY Hampshire road has been reopened after a crash that left a pedestrian with serious injuries.
The A35 between Ashurst and Lyndhurst was shut at around 6.22pm just after the collision between the pedestrian and the motorist.
It was reopened shortly before 10pm.
The injured pedestrain was taken to Southampton General Hospital by ambulance with a fractured pelvis and a punctured lung.
