THESE workers at a Southampton travel agents have pledged to raise money to support Southampton Hospital Charity’s Red & White Appeal.
The five-strong team at Thomson Travel in Shirley High Street have chosen to support the fundraising drive to create a £2.2m dedicated day case unit for haematology patients who all have some form of blood disorder.
Collection tins have been put out on the counters, and manager Nicki Bendall has already lined up a number of fundraising events, including a sponsored skydive.
The Daily Echo is also backing the Red & White Appeal, launched in November.
