SHE spent 17 years of her life hoarding anything spotty she could get her hands on.
Hats, jackets, mugs, suitcases, bike leathers, Easter eggs and even toilet paper – if it was white with black spots, it was in her collection.
But now Kazzy Ferrier has cleared two rooms of her house by parting with more than 3,000 Dalmatianinspired items.
The 44-year-old – who even drives a spotty Smart car – was left with no choice but to sell her collection after moving from her house in Bursledon Road, Southampton.
Kazzy, pictured right, said: “Each piece of the collection has a separate memory attached to it.
“Seventeen years of my life have gone into collecting it all.
“To see it all being taken away was heart-wrenching – but I knew I had to be sensible about it.
“I’ve got some great memories of collecting it all but it was time to pass it on to someone else.”
After her collection was featured in the Daily Echo, a teenager from London contacted Kazzy – and after driving down to see it with her parents, snapped up every single item for an undisclosed amount.
Kazzy said: “She was blown away by the size of it. I don’t think she had been expecting it to be that big.”
